return the damaged reader to us at your expense. Upon

receipt, we will ship out a new reader. However, if the reader

has been eaten by a doggie, sat on, or damaged in any way

that is not "inherently wrong", we cannot offer a free

able to receive a replacement. We hope you understand.

• Although we double-check our shipments, mistakes do occur. In case of short-shipments or defective merchandise, please notify us within 48 hours after receipt of shipment. Any and all problems will be handled immediately to your satisfaction.

• If returns are required they must be properly packed in protective wrapping, comparable to that in which it was originally received. This is asked of you to eliminate any further damage.

Attention: Reading glasses sold without a prescription are for occasional use by people 40 years of age and over suffering from presbyopia. They are not sold in lieu of corrective prescriptive lenses. These reading glasses were not designed to replace regular eye exams that evaluate your
eye health and determine the needs related to your eyesight.
